Experience and Expertise

Chris possesses an extensive background in the industrial environment. Prior to joining Orion, Mr. Artrip oversaw environmental, safety and health compliance at multiple metal foundry and fabrication sites in the Tri-State area. In his management capacity, he ensured that site safety and environmental policies and procedures where compliant with Federal, state, and internal requirements by taking in active role in day to day operations, including chairing the site Safety and Health Committee, and participating in internal and third party audits. Mr. Artip’s efforts were rewarded by three years of zero lost time incidents for a location of over 500 employees.

Chris proudly served our country in the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Petty Officer, 2nd Class.
